Pay Online
1. Register online for USA Hockey.
2. Pay the $250 registration fee
- online by Mastercard, VISA, or Discover
- check payable to "Titans Youth Hockey Club" mailed to the Titans at Post Office Box 1431 Oldsmar, FL 34677
3. Download and complete the paperwork within the registration link. Give the completed contract to your coach or team manager or mail it to the Titans at Post Office Box 1431 Oldsmar, FL 34677
4. Email a copy of your USA Hockey registration to your team manager.
IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER:
Steps 1 and 2 must be completed within 48 hours of notification from your coach or your spot may be given to other players.

The mission of the Tampa Bay Titans Hockey Club, Inc., a non-profit corporation, is to create a well-organized travel hockey program for children of all ages. Through this advanced level program, our primary goal is to educate these young athletes to life skills that will be invaluable on and off the ice. The foundation blocks of this program are teamwork, dedication, and accountability. These assets will not only contribute to improvements as hockey players but will help them prepare for life outside of sports.
